Cobalt blue was a big hit for summer, and it looks like it's here to stay. I absolutely love this dress pictured above by Gareth Pugh; the colour is rich yet not overpowering like other bright shades can be. I'm loving this colour! It makes me smile. In Saudi, a lot of girls are wearing cobalt eyeliner, on their bottom inner lids, it really makes your eyes pop, or you could wear it blended with a bit a grey or black to make the effect a bit more subtle. Love your blog am following it.
