Last December, some of you may remember that I put out a request for Muslim women to take part in a documentary with Rabia Z called 'The Veiled Threat'. I posted an introductory promo previously here, but this is a more updated one, featuring myself and Sarah Elenany! (Can you tell I was nervous?) Also many thanks to Hijab Style readers Amelie and Malika for taking part too!

ReplyDeleteAnyways kudos to the video! I found it greatly inspiring and upon seeing it somehow it uplifted me and now I'm all motivated to give 100% to what I'm doing [inshaAllah, bismillah!]. I'd totally love to see the whole documentary, do let us know when it's aired on tv, of which is unlikely for me to see since I'm all the way down here in Indonesia ;P But yah let us know if it's on youtube already!

ReplyDeleteThe film won't be done for a while yet. There is still filming to be done in the UK again, as well as France and Afghanistan!
