Anyone else fed up with knitwear now? It's definitely time for a look at some fresh style inspiration for Spring. Andrew Gn's collection particularly includes plenty of modest style ideas. I love the bright maxi skirts and smart, longer-length tailored jackets. It took me a while to notice, but many of the models are also wearing co-ordinating headwraps and turbans too!

The colours in the last photo are delicious! The ruffled skirts are narrower at the bottom than at the top - like inverted tiered cake. Would they work for larger sizes, I wonder?

The collection looks great. I personally love the third one in blue (not too sure if it's a maxi dress or skirt though). Both the trouser/jacket combinations are pretty awesome too =)

Love the suits and dresses... i too am avoiding clingy knits. The fashions here are gorgeous and could be adapted and made more modest...or worn with an Abaya.
ReplyDeletethey have fab and wearable turbans at www.mixxmedium.etsy.com
ReplyDeleteI saw this collection and instantly fell in love with it! I decided to check it out when I saw Emily Blunt's smock dress at the Gnomeo and Juliet premiere in London. Love it x
