Hijab Style's Eid Feature in emel

If you're looking for some last-minute Eid outfit inspiration, take a look at the September 2010 issue of emel magazine. This is the third time Hijab Style has been featured in emel, and for this issue I was asked to write about my experiences of Eid, and put together a couple of outfits. Check out the full feature here.

salaam alaikum wr wb! I LOVE this outfit! I think i'd wear black stockings under the shoes... just a personal thing, not a recommendation or anything. just thought i'd mention it in case any girls out there would rule out the shoes based on the open toe... stockings are an option. habibti, i dont see where i can buy the stuff!!! :) dress almost looks like forever 21... (?)
gorgeous style mashaAllah!

Assalamu alaikum!
I read the article and I must say it was really nice to get to know how some sisters spent their Eid when little. As I'm a convert, I don't have such memories - but wish I had, though. Insh'Allah when and if I have children, I'll be able to make Eid as memorable as the ones you've had.
Congratulations for this and many other outfits you put together. You're very talented!
Ma salama,
Marucia

The maxi dress is very cool. It has a Grecian touch to it.... Glam with an edge. Like it alot!
