Hijab Style on the Radio

Earlier today I was asked to speak live on LBC 97.3 Young London radio show about Muslimah style and hijab in the UK! I was joined by Reina Lewis, Professor at the London College of Fashion. If you missed the live show, you can download and listen to the podcast here; forward to 29 mins to listen to the part about hijab. There were several interesting opinions, let me know what you think of it!

wise words :)
great topic! i wish we had this in australia! well i personally believe, as long as you cover your hair, neck and body properly then it should be fine. It also depends on the way you present yourself, from inside and out. The whole point of wearing the hijab is being modest and respectful. So if you can wear your taste of clothes and still keep that, then i reckon it's fantastic!

People will see us as an individual confident person, with different tastes, opinions and views on things!
