More from Reham Farouq

Reham Farouq is an Egyptian designer whose work I've posted previously here. I must say being a little bored with a lot of Egyptian hijab fashion, this most recent collection of hers certainly works for me. Instead of relying on skin-tight long sleeved tops, Reham uses blouses to layer under shorter sleeved dresses and tops. I particularly like the layering in the 3rd and 4th pictures here. One thing I wasn't too keen on were the wide black belts that she used around some of the shirts. What do you think of this collection?

You can read an interview with her here (sorry, it's in Arabic only!)

the sleeves are starting to get looser, especially in the current hijab fashion magazine...

the belt is accentuating the waist and breasts as well, not a fan of that. minus the belt looks better

Not keen on the black belt as acentuates waist and bust....also not sure about way some of the hijabs have been tied personally, but generally loving the rest!! gorgeous colours, sleeves, length ....love first pic outfit in particular :)thank u for sharing sis.

Salam..hey Janna.. i love this time entries....well, i have my own oppinion towards the wide belts...wide belt was becoming style in malaysia..sometime it functioned while you are wearing jeans..it will sometimes hide your fat around your hip..and sometime, will make you look even slimmer...try it!
