Winter Warmer

Thick knits, cord and knee-high boots make for a cosy winter outfit. This beautiful skirt is also available in khaki, but I love the richness of this red shade. Pashmina scarves are widely available from street vendors and market stalls, and are just the thing for cold weather. I'd tuck it into the cowl neck for extra warmth and to keep it looking neat:

Cape sweater with cowl neck £32; hi-neck under-sweater £9, both Promod; burgundy reversible pashmina £8.99, Scarf World; Wilma long cord skirt £45, Long Tall Sally; Palmiano bag £40, Aldo; Kola Cube boots £89.99, Clarks.

Pretty outfit and very wearable. I love corduroy skirts, and you don't find them in this colour very often.
