New Islamic Clothing Company: Taakhi

Taakhi is a new UK company whose website has just been launched. They have a range of jilbabs, hijabs and long and short kaftans. What stood out most for me was their sleeveless jilbabs, which they have designed with the working woman in mind. These can be worn with a shirt underneath, or blazer on top. I love the fact that they haven't just stuck to plain blacks and greys - their current range offers jilbabs in beautiful boucle (pics 2, 3 and 4) and smart pinstripes. They also stock regular sleeved jilbabs in linen and crepe.

If anyone has ordered from Taakhi before, let us know what you think!
