Designer Inspired Wedding Outfit

Another way to wear a gown is with a satin blouse underneath it, as seen at A.F. Vandevorst Fall 2008. Click here to get this runway look:

I absolutely love this tiered maxi dress - it would be perfect for a summer wedding. Just add the cream blouse underneath (minus the sash), a pair of satin heels and clutch bag, and this beautiful sequined hijab:

Ingrid Print Maxi Dress £150, Monsoon; fuchsia hijab £8.99, Hijab Store Online; satin shoes £22, Barratts; cream pintuck blouse £22.80, Losve; jacquard clasp clutch £20, Accessorize.

The dress is gorgeous, although a satin shirt underneath may be a little warm for the summer.

Beautiful dress (wish the price was lower: D). I love printed ruffles, tiers and tiers of them please!

Anon, if the wedding's in the evening, it should be ok, and you probably don't need much more than a vest/tank underneath..

Anna, you're welcome! Let me know what you decide on!

Alix, I know, I think I'll have to wait for the sales :D
