This is a twist on the previously posted hijab style
'simple and sleek'. Instead of leaving the end of the shayla hanging, twist and pin into a flower shape at the side of your head. This style is also similar to the
Flower Hijab Wrap, but probably easier:

Sallam!
Beautiful! Though I didn't get how to attach the "flower". Once the hijab is bought down on the side, we make a twist, and... we make a simple knot leavbing some of the fabric still hanging a little bit? Is that it?
barakAllahoufiki
I get confused from step 2 :(
I think what happens on step 2 is that the hijab is hanging on both sides. On one side she folds the hijab (it is why it looks like 2 hijabs).
This style is basicly the same as 'simple and sleek'. You take a shayla and fold one end to make a triangle. Then place this on your head and pin underneath your chin. Wrap the long end around your head and bring to the side. The you'll need to scrunch it up and use pins to make the flower shape. It needs a bit of practice!
ok, Thanks, I will try!
does n e 1 know what this book is? cos it looks like a really good buy.
Lale, this is not from a book, it's from a magazine called Majalah Nur:

Wow, I wish I understood what is written there...Is it Malaysian? You got the image by suscribing?
Yeah it's written in Malay, I have no clue what it says! I was the pics by a friend.
Ok, thanks for putting it here!
thanks for that, i wish someone would do a book like this tho :-)
Salam, I'm from Malaysia and I wish to help by translating the Malay words instruction:
1. Fold the hijab cloth into triangular and put it on head. The left side must be lower than the right side.
2. Pin the cloth on the right ear.
3. Bring the cloth upwards from the left side to the left head side. Pin the cloth on the top of the head.
4. Bring the cloth from the left side to the right side.
5. Braid the cloth to make a knot ( as in the picture).
6. Pin the knot to hold its position.
I hope the translation helps you to try out the hijab style. But I have to admit, it's not that easy to do.
Wa allaykum sallam
BarakAllahoufiki, this translation helps a lot! ... Maybe I will ask you some others... hihi! ;-)
Jazakallah khair Neny for providing the translation!
