Hijabi Inspiration: Sahara

This outfit was inspired by a hijabi shop assisstant I saw in Monsoon Oxford Street. She was wearing the tunic, and I've added on the rest of the items to complete the look:

You have a great sense of style. I notice a trend among many sisters, which is to wear dangly earings with hijab. Do you know of anyway to wear earings with hijab without showing the ears or any hair? I would love to try it for a wedding party. Thanks.
